Evidence-based decision-making is a collaborative process EC/ECSE teacher candidates need to learn and use for their future practice. Thus, this presentation will discuss survey results from teacher preparation program faculty about the competencies EC/ECSE candidates needed upon program completion in order to be competent in evidence-based decision-making.
