Effecting population-level change is a multifaceted process. This session presents findings from a community-academic partnership that built a foundation to conduct an exploratory qualitative study examining factors that promote the success of mothers in opioid addiction recovery within a rural community. Implications for child outcomes and strategies for prevention and intervention focused on family-centered practices will be discussed.
