This presentation will provide an overview of Check-in/Check-out (CICO), a positive behavior intervention. Based upon the use of positive consequences contingent upon appropriate behaviors, early childhood educators can implement CICO interventions to prevent behavior problems and promote social skills for children who require more focused attention.
