Leadership is needed by all in Early Childhood Intervention as described by the DEC Leadership Position Statement. The Early Childhood Personnel TA Center will describe a leadership curriculum with competencies for state administrators, IHE faculty, doctoral students and families which was jointly developed with early childhood organizations and TA centers.
