Highly qualified personnel are necessary for effective child and family outcomes in early childhood intervention. The Early Childhood Personnel Center (ECPC) is facilitating the development, implementation, and evaluation of statewide comprehensive systems of personnel development across 12 states. This session will provide an overview of the CSPD’s in these states.
