The presenter will share findings from a study involving early childhood special education teachers' experiences with work-related sustained stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Symptoms experienced by participants and strategies used to manage the effects of stress on their personal and professional lives will be discussed. Attendees will brainstorm possible solutions.
