A study designed to investigate the stress of ECSE teachers will be presented. Results discussed will describe the prevalence of ECSE teachers' stress and burnout, examine possible risk and protective factors contributing to the stress and burnout and their well-being, and provide suggestions to support the development of healthy teachers.
