Researchers disseminate findings from interviews on the confidence and competence of pre-service and newly practicing teachers. The purpose of this study is to identify the educational opportunities educators have related to behavior management in teacher preparation programs, and the way those opportunities prepared them for managing classroom and challenging behaviors.
