Barb has been working in the field of supporting children with disabilities and their families over 30 years. Barb’s professional practice is grounded in the values of community inclusion, family centered practices and a passion for application of research to practice. More recently, Barb has led the implementation of the ASaP project (Access, Support and Participation) to enhance early childhood educators use of evidence based practices to the meaningful participation and inclusion of all children.
